This information comes from a credible source whom I refer to as Deep Throat I. This source has referred me to the Japanese Quarterly in which certain reports are required to be made by Japanese Law. Subsequent to the achievement of the effect of the levitation, the progress of the development of this technique has been held secret. (A second source, called Deep Throat II, has been interviewed by myself concerning what he was told by a Dr. Hamrick, a former employee at Los Alamos National Laboratories, in New Mexico. The experimenter fashioned a set of concentric spoked wheels. The composition of the wheels was platinum, gold, and copper. The proportions were 2, 4, and 6, respectively, with platinum being at the core and the copper outermost.
After fifty two tries at eliciting an effect, the use of a voltage drop across the contraption resulted in the turning of the wheels into a pile of dust. When asked about the means of sustaining the rotation of the wheels, no response was offered.

The use of a magnetic field is key. The action of the wheels in the stipulated environment of a magnetic field does engender, at a specific rate of rotation, the failure of the atoms of the substance of the wheels themselves to be able to precess. The environment becomes "atemporal" and "hyperspatial", rendering the three metals capable of the histeresis effect which engenders the functional existence of quarks among the spokes of the wheels. This makes the contraption a virtual singularity, independent of the identity of other subliminal (force-wise) presence.
As suggested in oops.htm, the post on "Crop Circles as Clues to Craft Design" the particles produced are distributable on the surfaces of the housing or craft shell enclosing this ""warp drives", and can, after the manner described in detail in the link on the B-2 Bomber, effect the gravity well, north, and the gravity hill, south, which effect the propulsion facilitated by the action of the pseudo quarks. The quarks render the environment of the singularity itself an inertia-free environment. One should also note that no shock waves are associated with the magnificent rates of acceleration or passage of such vessels.
The optimal velocity of such craft is determined by the rate of the effect of magnetism, not of light. Trajectories are independent or may be aligned with contexting and contexted magnetic fields, as per that of the universe, a chiral toroid about a spherical lattice structure, a galaxy, a solar system, a planet. This universe has poles and the stuff in it is in its torus and moves at incredible speeds only just being realized by stymied astrophysicists. The galaxies are moving through it as is an electrical current said to move through a wire.
The context of individual universes is the tenth dimension, as described in essayone.txt, available in the zeropoint directories to be found at the site ftp/paradigm/zeropoint.
The ten dimensional superstring is flawed in that it allows no place "stand", as per the predicament of Euclid. The elevencdimensional cosmos articulated in essayone.txt is not atheistic.
It should be noted that the nature of the "wormhole" opened by the U.S. Navy in the often renamed Philadelphia Experiment is simply the evolution out of a boson in the earth of a vacuum lattice structure which is unfolding toward the completion of the tetrahedral octants of the vacuum lattice structure in increments, 1983, 2003, 2013, beginning in 1943 with the accident the damned fools in ultra secrecy have been covering up while they desperately try to deal with the consequences of their doings. The military has been driven insane.
The nature of reality is such that in 2013, "The Day of The Lord" will be in effect. Inasmuch as interdimensional travel requires reference to the eleventh dimension, which will co-occupy planet earth at that time, this biosphere will become the crossroads for all traffic and life in the cosmos. Using time machines, developed by Von Neumann and Tesla and others, probably including Einstein, the military is aware of extraordinary numbers of extradimensional vessels being present at that time, in August of 2013, just before Jewish New Year. This is perceived by the dummies, as well as the massive presence in 2003, as a hostile invasion. To "fight" the visitors, who will evacuate the seismicly disrupted and dying biosphere, a cabal has organized to seize control over this species. The training of telepaths, groomed genetically in their mothers to tend to soldiering, is to accommodate the absence of telecommunications, an event that will soon unfold. The mere presence of so many "singularities" in and beneath the atmosphere will disrupt electromagnetic signals.
