The Brewery Stand

Under Construction!

This part is currently in an outline form so I can develop it. I threw a few pictures of the brewery in here so I could explain the stand better but the picture are all taken against the backdrop of the book stand and hard to make out. I'll have to retake them for the final page.

General design and assumptions

All stainless tubing construction. I don’t want the brewery too tall that you would require a ladder to get to the top of it. It also cant be too top heavy and should make some provisions for safety to not be able to knock it over. It had to be slim enough to be put away in the limited space I have downstairs. Later it had to be able to be disassembled to fit in my vehicle so I can transport it.

Some pictures of the original design before my modifications:

Brewery Stand with Boil kettle and Mash tun in place.

Side view of the brewery. Picture taken before Leg extensions pub on and brewery not completely portable.

Close up of the lower half show the old hot liquor tank and the pump for sparging.

Close up of the control panel (in the storage position).Note the pump on the left mounted to the bracket. This would be moved in later designs becuase of the heat on the mash tun.

Later picture of the brewery. THis time you can see the pump moved from the heat source. THe first rendition of the sparge manifold is visible also. Control panel is in the operating positon. You can also see the placement of the dual propane elements under the mash.
