GUERILLA WAR FOR THE LITTLE GUY...
(Confessions of the DOMINATOR)

I've decided to spice up my life... It's so boring being the leader that I've
decided to help you, the little guy, have a chance against me...

First of all, you need to recognize one indisputable fact: if I have 60 build
steps and you have 30, every turn I gain a 30 build step advantage. Therefore,
it is to your advantage to oppose me early before I outnumber you too badly.
Build enough forces to take my nearest city, allowing for 2 to 1 or better odds.
Hasty offensives are wasted offensives...

During the accumulation phase, use SUBs and SRs to place MINs at chokepoints
where my MEC/CAV/BAT reinforcements will probably take. Use MINs around the
besieged city so that I cannot launch a counterattack.
 
Next, build 4 BMRs. Coordinate them to arrive at the 2nd city of mine that you
plan to take approximately the same time you commence the attack on the first
city. Move 3 BMRs into the city on phase 4, the last on phase 5.

Don't split your invasion force. This gives you local superiority and prevents
the slaughter of half of your forces when half of your troops hit a MIN, while
the rest make it into the city to their doom... This isn't as flamboyant as a
multiple phase, combined force assault, but the risks of being flamboyant are
something you can't afford! Better a stodgy defeat that allows you to retreat
with the survivors, than a daring attack that results in the destruction of your
entire offensive force.

In all ways, harass me! Send messages to all players that bend the truth in your
favor. Use a few INF to run around in my interior lines to block my
reinforcements and generally harass me. Post SUBs in my shipping lanes. Things,
that for a few build steps, stall my war machine...

Be sneaky... Swear utter fealty to me, then stab me in the back. Put an INF two
away from one of my cities. Gift this INF to a 3rd player... When I kill it,
I'll be suspicious of the 3rd player; even if he denies being aggressive. This
will create seeds of doubt between my neighbors and I... Tensions on my other
borders can only favor you...
